Application forms are to be filled in and submitted to the Administrative Office within two working days from issue of the form.
Admission to Nursery & Preparatory will be through Observation / Interaction. Observation / Interaction would be held on the same day and both the parents should be present. Date & Timings for Observation / Interaction will be intimated at the time of submission of registration form.
Students of Classes Ito V will be assessed on the basis of an interview. There will be a written test for students seeking admission to Classes VI to IX & XI at SJT School. Children, on completion of the age of 2+ years before the Ist of April, are eligible for admission to Play group & on completion of two and half years may be admitted to the Nursery class.
At the time of registration. the following documents are to be submitted to the Administrative Office:
Duly filled and signed Registration Forms.
2 passport size photographs of the child.
Proof of Date of Birth (Original Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or Transfer Certificate issued by previous School.)
Transport Form if School Transport needs to be availed.
Photocopy of the marksheet of the previous class.
Photocopy of Vaccination card (attested).
Incomplete Registration Form will be Rejected.
Note
The documents, wherever not required in original, are to be submitted duly attested by the competent authority, On demand the originals have to be produced for verification. Non submission of original Transfer & Character Certificates ( TC & CC) at the time of admission, may render the admission invalid.

Play Group : 2 1/2 years to 3years
Nursery and K.G. : 3 years to 4 years
Prep. : 4years to 5years and above
Subject
Admission from class VI to IX are made on the basis of entrance tests in the following subjects :
Class VI to IX : English. Mathematics and General Awareness
Admissions are granted for free education upto class VIII to weaker & disadvantageous group of the society under provisions of “ Right of Children to Free & Compulsory Education Act, 2009.” & “Rajasthan Right of Children to Free & Compulsory Education Rules, 2011.” For students seeking admission under this scheme, adherence of rules & submission of documents, as provided in the said act & rules, are mandatory.
Admissions are granted on merits only. However the Principal reserves the right to accept/reject any application for admission/re-admission without assigning any reason. One month advance notice is must for the withdrawal of a student from the school. Those who want to leave the school on completion of the session must apply before the end of the session, else they will be required to pay the fees becoming due in the Ist quarter of the new session. School leaving certificate will be issued only after all the dues are paid and “No Dues Slip” signed by various department is submitted.
